I spent over 17 years inside agencies from global networks to boutique studios leading growth, building teams, and firefighting everything that wasn’t properly structured.
I wasn’t just in the room. I was the one fixing delivery chaos when clients were about to churn. I’ve led commercial strategies across markets, built cross-functional teams from scratch, and turned operations around while doubling revenue without burning anyone out.
In one of the toughest agency transitions I’ve faced, we changed how delivery was structured. The result? 100% client retention and x2 annual revenue during a crisis.
That’s when I stopped thinking in terms of talent or tools and started thinking in systems.
